Wealth Management Zürich AG (the ‘Company’) is a financial services provider within the meaning of the FIDLEG, with its registered office at Dufourstrasse 1, 8008 Zurich, Switzerland.

Ombudsman’s Office
In accordance with Article 74 et seq. of the FIDLEG, the Company is affiliated with the Ombudsman’s Office OFS Ombud Finance Suisse, 16 Boulevard des Tranchées, 1206 Geneva. In the event of disputes with the company, retail clients as defined in Article 4(2) of the FIDLEG and professional clients as defined in Article 5(1) of the FIDLEG may initiate a mediation procedure through the Ombudsman’s Office.

The company and its customers are obliged to keep in touch with one another and to inform each other immediately of any changes to their contact details.
The company’s business activities

The Company’s business activities comprise, in particular, discretionary asset management within the meaning of Article 3(C)(3) of the FIDLEG. In order to carry out the mandates, the financial institution obtains authorisation from clients to act on their behalf vis-à-vis the respective custodian banks. Where a client so wishes, the Company carries out transactions only after obtaining the client’s approval.

Asset management is carried out on the basis of a written contract concluded with the client, which contains all the information regarding the key features, how the service works, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the risks associated with the financial service provided.
Risks relating to financial services
The risks associated with the services provided are explained to clients in each case prior to the conclusion of the contract. Clients are asked to read the information provided carefully, in particular the Swiss Bankers Association’s brochure ‘Risks in Trading Financial Instruments’ (https://www.swissbanking.ch/de/downloads), and to contact the company if they have any questions.
Cost information
Costs and fees are incurred in connection with the services provided by the company. These are disclosed to customers before the contract is concluded and are set out in detail in the contracts.
Intermediaries who refer clients to the company receive a share of the management fees/expense allowances paid by the company. This does not result in any additional costs for the client.
Third-party payments
The company receives remuneration from third parties in connection with the provision of financial services. Should the company, in exceptional circumstances, receive such remuneration in respect of MiFID clients, it will pass this on to the clients.
Shareholdings in and financial links with third parties
The company has no financial ties with third parties which, in connection with the provision of financial services, could give rise to a conflict of interest.

Dealing with conflicts of interest
The company takes the necessary steps to avoid conflicts of interest between itself or its employees and its clients, and to protect clients from any detriment. If a conflict of interest cannot be avoided, it is disclosed to the clients.
